The Miller Scraper System

The Miller Scraper System is a primary belt cleaning system using polyurethane scraping blades and a steel spring self-tensioning device to adjust scraper pressure on the belt.
The Miller Tensioner is a highly resilient, high-tensile steel spring. The spring is embedded in polyurethane which protects it from contaminants. The Miller Tensioner slides into the scraper tube reducing the space required for the scraper system.
Simply rotate the Miller Tensioner to increase or decrease the pressure of the scraper blades against the belt. The Tensioner Pin holds the setting of the Miller Tensioner.
