There are two basic methods of producing urethane parts:  OPEN-CASTING or INJECTION MOLDING

Miller Wire Works chose the open-casting method.  Open-casting produces urethane parts with greater resistance to wear.  With urethane, greater wear resistance is the name of the game.

We utilize over twenty different chemistries in the production of urethane parts.  With such an expansive selection of chemistries, we can better tailor specific urethanes for specific applications.
