The Miller RC Motor Base is a product designed by a former quarry maintenance employee who decided there had to be a way to reduce the headaches and backaches encountered in vibratory screens and feeders. He discovered that the primary cause behind belt and bearing problems was inconsistent and undependable standard motor bases. As a result, he has designed and produced a patent pending motor mount that will truly result in reduced downtime and lower part replacement costs!!!

How?

1. The Miller RC Motor Base provides soft, non-slip tension. OEM bases do not flex properly creating heat from friction and a "bottoming out" effect which needles sheaves, burns belts, pounds bearings and breaks bolts. (Are most of your bearing failures on you motor side? Guess why!)

2. The Miller RC Motor Base prevents belt slippage and never needs readjusting. Proper belt tension under different loads translates to fewer start-up problems and less mess around the plant. And fewer belts need replacement.
