Rubber Screens

Rubber-Clad screens are well suited for use in both mining and mineral preparation.  They perform well when subjected to both wet and dry conditions.

• Will out wear wire cloth on average of 8-10 times.

• The extended wear of the rubber surface will reduce the total number of screen change-outs.

• Rubber-Clad screens can be manufactured with the openings in either straight or staggered line configurations.  Openings available are round, square or rectangular.

• Hole tapering and precise punching helps prevent blinding and increases screening efficiency.

• No special sub-deck required!  Our screens fit to existing structures.

• Rubber for wet and dry applications.

• Virtually no maintenance, Miller Rubber-Clad screens will not stretch so re-tensioning is not required.
