Rubber Screens

Rubber-Clad screens are well suited for use in both mining and
mineral preparation. They perform well when subjected to both wet and dry conditions.
|

|
Tapered punching results in more efficient screening. |
-
Will out wear wire cloth on average of 8-10 times.
-
The extended wear of the rubber surface will reduce the
total number of screen change-outs.
-
Rubber-Clad screens can be manufactured with the openings in
either straight or staggered line configurations. Openings available
are round, square or rectangular.
-
Hole tapering and precise punching helps prevent blinding
and increases screening efficiency.
-
No special sub-deck required! Our screens fit to
existing structures.
-
Rubber for wet and dry applications.
-
Virtually no maintenance, Miller Rubber-Clad screens will
not stretch so re-tensioning is not required.
